3519228 - Error FCO_AVC_CC013 while activating budget availability control for cost centers

Error FCO_AVC_CC013 'Tolerance limit of 100.00% for cost center XXXXXX has been reached in FY XXXX' obtained while enabling budget availability control for the cost center in the app 'Manage Cost Centers'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app 'Manage Cost Centers'.
2. Select any cost center and click on 'edit'.
3. Activate 'Budget Availability Control', and click on 'save'.
4. The error FCO_AVC_CC013 is obtained.

For the tolerance limit of 100% (error) maintained in the SSCUI 'Maintain Budget Availability Control for Cost Centers':

• The available budget (Can be checked in the app 'Cost Center Budget Report') for the cost center, account group and fiscal year is negative. OR
• The assigned value is more than the budget uploaded for the cost center.

Upload the the necessary budget for the cost center, fiscal year, account group (based on the setting in the SSCUI 'Maintain Budget Availability Control for Cost Centers') using the app 'Import Financial Plan Data'.
