3519310 - Revise the usage of the date format as an expression in the integration flow

After migration of Cloud Integration to product version 7.x or Cloud Integration Runtime to 8.x, there is a possibility that certain scenarios may stop working if an IFlow uses date format like ${date:now-24H: yyyy-MM-dd}

Example 1:

The Exchange Property of type "Expression" has a source value like ${date:now-24H: yyyy-MM-dd}.

More Incompatible Examples:

${date:now+8H:yyyyMMddhhmmss}

${date:now+24H:yyyy-MM-dd}

${date:now+1H:yyyy-MM-dd-HH-mm-ss}

Interfaces will fail if they utilize date formats such as above examples.
