3519390 - Auto Generate Emails From C4C systems for Addons

Auto generate emails are being generated and you would like to know what these emails are about and how to add the additional users can be added to get this notified.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to your Outlook  
2. In your Inbox check your emails from SAP
3. Received from SAP for taking actions on PDI Addons and mostly its related to Performance issues

These are automatic Watchdog emails are being sent by SAP's internal system. If we observe any locking issue, background job issues, or any errors which are raised for a system or causing any performance issues which may lead to degradation of overall system performance, then these are triggered.

Ideally IT contact person are the usual recipients of such emails, as they are maintained as the primary contact, along with that ensure the creator of the Addon also receives this notification. 

Below are the steps, where you can see about IT responsible maintained or changed.

1. Go to Service Control Work Center
2. Open the Contacts view
3. Inside the contact details maintain the responsible person so that they will be notified.
4. IT Contacts are the first choice. If there several ones maintained the first one is chosen in alphabetical order.
5. Also please check the Addon solution properties.where the Email ID which is maintained should also  receive this email ID.
