3519435 - Candidate receiving interview confirmation email in another language - Recruiting Management

When scheduling an interview using MS Teams, the Interview Confirmation to Candidate email invitation is being sent in the same language the organizer schedules the interview. The candidate locale is not being respected.

The issue is due to the organizer's locale being considered when the interview confirmation email is sent to the candidate, not the candidate's locale. As the candidate's locale is currently not saved in application, the organizer will not know the candidate's locale. Engineering team confirmed this is the expected behavior. The candidate can always change the language in their browser at any time.
