3519522 - Manual adjustment in Time Account is not reflected correctly

After manually add the balance to a Time Account, the added balance is shown in another Time Account.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Employees view.
3. Edit employee XYZ (XYZ represents the employee name).
4. Go to Time Account Balance.
5. Select Time Account AAA.
6. Go to Adjustment.
7. Add row -> Add the amount of balance.
8. The added balance is shown in Time Account BBB.

(AAA and BBB represent different time account IDs.)

This is the system designed behavior. Time Account AAA and Time Account BBB are overlapped.

If the following three situations are satisfied, the time record posted in Time Account BBB will be moved to Time Account AAA which causes the added balance in Time Account AAA is used and the same amount of balance in Time Account BBB is released.

1. Time Account AAA and Time Account BBB are overlapped.
2. Time Account AAA ranks higher then Time Account BBB in the post order.
3. The date of time record in Time Account BBB falls in the period in which Time Account AAA and Time Account BBB are overlapped.
