Symptom

When creating an invoice, the field "Terms of Payment" cannot be modified.

Environment

SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter the app "Create Billing Documents";
  2. Enter the related information and click enter;
  3. Click the "Display header details" button and enter the header data screen;
  4. In the "Header Detail" tab, the field "Terms of Payment" cannot be modified.

Resolution

The system behaves as designed.

The field "Terms of Payment" in billing documents comes from the Sales Order and the Terms of Payment can be set when creating the sales order.
