3519741 - Cannot login to admin URL of SAP Content Server 7.5

Symptom

  • When trying  to login into the SAP Content server's WEB Admin UI using https://<hostname>:<HTTPS port>/sap/admin and insert an administrator user from the operating system, the error mentioned below occurred:

    ERROR > IcmAuthenticateSystemByTokenMembership: LookupAccountNameW() failed!
    ERROR > HttpAdmHandleReq: authorization failed for user: <username>
    ERROR > IcmAuthenticateSystemByTokenMembership: LookupAccount...(truncated)

  • The SAP Content Server HTTPS test URL https://<content server host name or IP address>:<port>/<script>?serverInfo is working fine
