3519755 - Idented text is not reflected in Learning Email Notification when opened in Outlook

Admin clicked 'indent' button for selected text in Manage Email Templates > Launch Editor.

• The indented text is not showing in the email when opening in Outlook.
• The indented text is increased when opening the email in New Outlook.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2405 and above

1. Login system> Go to Learning Administration > System Administration> Configurations > Mange Email > Manage Email Templates
2. Edit 'SystemEnronllmentNotification' template > select a line and click 'Increase Indent' button > Apply Changes
   
3. Enroll a user into any future class > Check the received Class Registration
4. Open the email in Outlook, the selected text is still align to the left
   
5. Open the email in New Outlook, the indent is increased.
   

This is the current system behaviour.

The code to generate the email body is upgraded in 2405 version, which caused the indented feature to be incompatible with older versions of Outlook.

• Enter space before the text where needs to increase indent
