3519806 - For workflow WS20000138 the rejected workitem is not send to the creator

Symptom

  • When a transaction is rejected by an approver the note window does not appear in which feedback can be send to the person who created the transaction as to why the transaction was rejected.
  • The note field appears for the person who entered the transaction.
