3519866 - Group Reporting: Enriching C/I control data for a non-integrated cons unit

Symptom

To trigger an Activity's processing by activity-based consolidation of investments task, user posts a manual group journal entry on Posting Level 0C on an equity (or investment) item to enrich C/I control data for a consolidation unit, which does not use integration (i.e. does not release data from accounting into Group Reporting) but reports reported financial data on Posting Level 00 (GRDC, flexible upload).
