3519890 - BPE Error Due to Incorrect Association Between Cost Center and Legal Entity - Onboarding

An issue arises during the internal hiring process, resulting in a Business Process Engine (BPE) error.

The error message indicates that the Cost Center "A" is not associated with the Legal Entity "B", despite the correct combination of Cost Center "A" and Legal Entity B" being present in the Position ID: C, the error persists.

The issue is caused by a missing mapping between the Cost Center and the Legal Entity in the Recruit to Hire Data Mapping.

To solve this, check the steps:

1. Navigate to Recruit to Hire Data Mapping.
2. Click on Job Info > Cost Center > Complete the Mapping.
3. Pass the value associated with the Legal Entity.
4. Once the correct value for the cost center from RCM to ONB has been passed, restart the task from the business process tile.
5. Check for other missing mappings/errors with the Application ID on the "Check tool".
