3519955 - "Enter submission date that is earlier than quotation deadline" cannot be set to warning - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Even though the message "Enter submission date that is earlier than quotation deadline" is set to warning in SPRO, it is still shown as error when creating a quotation.

The same happens when the quotation is sent from Ariba.
