3520039 - Career Path Entry Role Does Not Show Peer Role Information

When accessing the career path of a role, peer roles are missing even though the peer roles are within the system.

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to home dropdown > Growth Portfolio
3. Locate a role and select the chevron icon (>) to expand it
4. Select Go to Role Details
5. In the upper right-hand corner, select View Career Paths
6. You can view the role selected from Growth Portfolio, but the peer roles are missing

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505).

Workaround

You can still view the peer roles within Career Worksheet:

1. In the module picker, select Development
2. Select My Job Roles
3. Select Job Roles I'm Considering
4. Select the applicable job role
5. On the right hand side of the competencies, locate the tile with the job role name and select View Career Path
