3520080 - Login Failure: Redirects to 'Missing Credentials' and No Login Account

• Users trying to log into SAP SuccessFactors via SSO are receiving a "Missing Credential" or "Invalid" error.
• In Provisioning, SSO logs, it shows [##########]error while processing@sf_session.
• The Manage Login Accounts displays no account information for users, despite having all the necessary permissions.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. The user is unable to log in to SAP SuccessFactors via SSO.
2. The system displays an error "Missing Credential" or "Invalid"
3. In Provisioning, check the SSO logs, the logs show this result error while processing@sf_session

• This issue usually occurs when accounts are created without following the import order set by Employee Central. 2080146 - What is the Correct Import Order When Creating Users? - Employee Central - SAP for Me. Though the issue may not be visible initially, it can create inconsistencies that could cause unexpected errors in the future.

To fix the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Check Tool.
2. Filter the following. (Result: Warning and Error, Application: User Account Management)
3. Click Go.
4. Open the check for No account data is missing (AccountDataMissingCheckExecutor)
5. Click the Quick Fix button.

This proposed solution will update the missing accounts with data in the Expected Login Name column.
