3520081 - Multiple payloads created when updating partners via MASS/XK99/XD99 in S/4 HANA

Symptom

The tcodes MASS/XK99/XD99 were used to update partners and multiple payloads were created in SRT_MONI. 

The the PACK_SIZE_BULK on path DRFIMG -> Define Custom Settings for Data Replication -> Define Replication Models -> Select the replication model and choose 'Assign Outbound Implementation' folder -> Select '986_3' and 'Assign Outbound Parameter' folder -> Change outbound Parameter Value for parameter 'PACK_SIZE_BULK' is set to group more than one BP per payload.
