Symptom
- In Oracle DB server side, NLS_CHARACTERSET changed from UTF8 to AL32UTF8.
- Queries were raised regarding the potential impact of this differences on the Data Services application:
- Can this difference cause any issues to the BODS application?
- Can there be any data inconsistency caused due to the differences?
