3520120 - Unable to Delete Price Procedures in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• An issue is encountered when attempting to delete testing price procedures during system cleanup for production.
• The error message "Deletion refused; pricing procedure &1 exists in follow-up system. Message no. COND_SSCUI037" is displayed.

The custom pricing procedure could be removed if not transported yet.

When the pricing procedure is already transported, a deletion is not possible anymore. The reason to limit the deletion is that the existing business documents are using this pricing procedure (which should be deleted), and still need it at least for display.

If the custom pricing procedure is no longer needed, it should be replaced and removed from the procedure determination. In this way, the procedure can used for old business documents and the new documents will be getting the new one.
