3520226 - MDF Change Audit Report Failed with 0 KB and Offline error

When trying to create a MDF Change Audit Report with object type position, the report return failed with 0 KB, "Offline" and with an error message in the export audit report file.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 

1. Log into instance and go to change audit reports
2. Create an MDF change audit with object type position and user
3. Check the status of the audit and will have failed with no log
4. Customer receive an email with the error The job CAL-ChangedBy-xxxxx:OFFLINE to generate audit report failed. You can try submitting the request again or reach out to Product Support if the issue persists 

Currently this is a limitation.

Customer is trying to export a large size Audit Report and because of this, the export audit report file return with error message.

Issue has been fixed and will be apply on the release in 2411.
