3520312 - Identity Authentication returns "500 Internal Server Error" when setting Initial Password

When an administrator set an Initial Password to a user the following error appears:

• "HTTP Status 500 – An unexpected error has occurred." 

The following error can be found in IAS trouble shooting logs:

• message="User initial password could not be set Attribute 'street' has exceeded the length of '256'
