3520494 - UTC Transition Changes Not Visible in Form Template Settings After Migration

After the UTC migration, the UTC (Timezone Information) is not updated within Form Template Settings for performance forms, 360 reviews, compensation forms, and variable pay forms.

1. UTC migration is completed
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Form Template Settings
3. Observe that the UTC (Timezone Information) is not updated for the last modified date

This is a known issue.
