Symptom

  • Not possible to inactivate a custom MDF object
  • Error is displayed when trying to inactivate a custom MDF object

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
  2. Select the custom object that should be inactivated
  3. Click on Take Action > Make Correction
  4. On the Status field choose Inactive
  5. Click on Save and error message is displayed

Cause

Custom MDF objects cannot be marked as Inactive.

Resolution

If the custom MDF object is no longer needed, it should be deleted.
