How to get form audit trail details via Integration Center

1. Navigate to the Integration Center>My integrations.
   
2. Click Create > Scheduled EDI/Stacked File Output integration.
   
3. Select the entity - Formheader and click 'Select'
   
4. Set the integration name and description in the Option tab and click Next.
   
5. In configure fields tab, an initial empty table is displayed.
   
6. Click on the + icon above the table and select Insert Sibling. The first Sibling is added with the first data element given by default.
   
7. Click on the New Segment and then click on + icon again and select Insert Child Sibling.
   
8. Click on the New Segment and click the folder icon to set this as "Paging/Batch Element".
   
9. Click on the New Segment and change the label as desired.
   
10. Change the Association for child sibling and select formAuditTrails.
    
    
11. Click New Element and change the label, then change the Association to formDataId.
    
    
12. Click formDataId Element and click on + icon to add New Element
    
13. Click the new Element and change the label, then change the Association to audiTrailAction
    
14. Repeat step 12 and 13 to add the data you want to get from formAuditTrails.
15. Go to Filter and Sort, add filter for your query. It is recommended to use form template ID.
    
16. Go back to configure fields and confirm the preview data
    
17. If you want to add header for this data, please refer to KBA 2641363.
18. Go to Destination Settings to configure the necessary information to export the data.

19. Save this report.
