3520681 - Incorrect Supplier Request and Registration Data Displayed in My Activities Area

In the past, supplier request and registration projects initiated by users in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance were displayed in the My Activities area of other users with the same username (but with different user IDs) when there were multiple users with the same username. This behavior was misleading because users expected to see only those projects that were initiated by them.

This occured because the username is not unique, and therefore, it was not possible to prevent the creation of users with duplicate names.
