In the Growth Portfolio:

1. Role-Mapped Skills: Displayed randomly, no specific logic.
2. Manually Added Skills: Displayed at the first place (before Role-Mapped Skills).

In Form:

1. Role-Mapped Skills:
   1. When Proficiency Level is maintained for ALL the role-mapped skills:
      Displayed in the same order as the mapped order in manage job profile content.
   2. When Proficiency Level is NOT maintained or PARTIALLY maintained for the role-mapped skills:
      Follow the alphabetical order of skill name under English US locale. To be more specific: 1>1A>1a>2>A>AA>Aa>B>a>aA>aa
      If skill name is not maintained under English US locale and is using hieroglyph languages like Chinese, Japanese, Korean and others, the skill is ordered in character encoding which is by default. 
         
2. Manually Added Skills: Displayed after the Role-Mapped Skills.
