3520775 - "You do not have sufficient authorization for the InfoProvider" (EYE001) with BPC authorizations

Symptom

Both BW analysis authorizations (OLAP authorizations) and Data Access Profiles authorizations (or environment authorizations defined in SAP BPC) are assigned to the user. When opening a Workbook which is run in the context of a BPC environment and BPC model, the user receives the error "You do not have sufficient authorization for InfoProvider XXX with activity XX" - message EYE001.

However when running the same Workbook without BPC context, data get displayed successfully.
