3521033 - Ariba endpoint connection is returning "500 Internal Server error" - SAP Cloud ALM

When trying to create an endpoint on SAP Cloud ALM Landscape Management for SAP Ariba Supplier Data API the error message showed: 

• 500 Internal Server Error: "{"message":"Failed to read authentication token of destination '<NAME_OF_DESTINATION>'. The destination service responded with an error: 'unauthorized'. In case only the properties of a destination should be accessed, without performing authorization flows, please use the 'getDestinationProperties' method on 'DestinationService' instead.","details":null}" 
• 401 Unauthorized
