3521042 - Missing Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization Job in Provisioning

Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization  Job is not available for creation in provisioning in SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors
2. Go to provisioning
3. Scroll down to Manage Scheduled Jobs
4. Navigate to Schedule Job Manager > Job Scheduler job.
5. Notice that the is not possible to search for Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization 

Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization  is available to be created on UI only

Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization  Job is not available to be created on provisioning. It should be created via UI.

To create the job, please refers to the following steps:

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors with a user that has permission to Create Job Request.
2. Navigate to Schedule Job Manager > Job Scheduler job.
3. Create a Job Request.
4. The Automated Position "Matrix Relationship to Job Relationship" Synchronization  Job should be available for selection.
