3521164 - Error message or memory short dumps when scheduling the report /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_SYNC regularly

1.The following error message occurs when schedules the report /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_SYNC  in different business clients regularly:

Page X-SAP-UI2-ADCAT:SAP_TC_BANK_CMI_BE_APPS:S4BANK is locked for configuration scope

Page X-SAP-UI2-ADCAT:SAP_TC_CA_BP_BE_APPS:S4CMD is locked for configuration scope

Page X-SAP-UI2-ADCAT:SAP_TC_CA_COMMON_BE_APPS:S4CA is locked for configuration scope

2.The following memory short dump occurs when schedules the report /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_SYNC  in different business clients regularly:

Job log shows the following error message:

"Step 001 started (program /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_SYNCHRONIZE, variant , user ID USER)
Internal session terminated with a runtime error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED (see ST22)"

Relevant program information shows from ST22 dump log as the following:
