3521179 - ISC event is not triggered when Job Application status is moved to Hired status automatically after Manage Pending Hires - Recruiting Management

You have configured the Intelligent Services Center Event (ISC) 'Update of Job Application Status' which records every time an application is moved from one status to another in the pipeline however, when a candidate is in a 'Hirable' status and get processed in Manage Pending Hires, their status moves to the 'Hired' status but the event 'Update of Job Application Status' does not record the update. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Move a candidate to a status that is configured as 'Hirable' in the Applicant Status Configuration
2. Process the candidate in Manage Pending Hires
3. The application should now have moved to the 'Hired' status
4. Navigate to Admin Center > Intelligent Services Center > and search for the Event 'Update of Job Application Status'
5. Click on the number under the 'Events Raised' column
6. Notice that the event was not recorded 

The Recruiting Management (RCM) Engineering team are aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix for this issue.
