3521360 - Field Labels when Selecting a Token in 'Manage Recruiting Email Templates' Displays Unicode for Special Characters" - Recruiting Management

When you are adding tokens to your email template in 'Manage Recruiting Email Templates', special characters in the Field Label will not be displayed correctly. Instead, they will be shown as their corresponding Unicode value.

For example:

• "æ" is displayed as "xe6"
• "ø" is displayed as "xf8"
• "å" is displayed as "xe5"

NOTE: This is only within 'Manage Recruiting Email Templates' UI and will not affect the way the token itself displays in your emails.

The Recruiting Management (RCM) Engineering team are aware of this issue and have created a fix to resolve it. This will be fixed as part of the 2H 2024 SuccessFactors Release
