3521399 - Facing dump CL_SHP_BOPF_SAVE======CP while distributing TM-relevant IBD to EWM

Symptom

After upgrading from S/4HANA 2020 to S/4HANA 2023, when users are trying to distribute a TM-relevant inbound delivery of STO to EWM, system shows a dump and doesn't allow the distribution of the IBD.
