3521563 - Unable to Upload CSV File for Mass Upload Targets

Symptom

You want to upload a csv file for Mass Upload Targets in the ISE Administration work center, however you are unable to upload it due to an error.

Error message: Target_XXX Upload failed.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Intelligent Sales Execution work center
  2. Go to the ISE Administration work center view
  3. Select Forecast Tracker
  4. Download a file in Mass Upload Targets
  5. Update the file
  6. Drop the file in Drop Or Browse file
  7. Click the Upload button

Result: Unable to upload the file with error: Target_XXX Upload failed.

Cause

Incorrect format of Fiscal Period Date. The format need to be yyyy-mm-dd (Example: 2020-05-01) as per the Help Document

Resolution

Maintain the correct format in the Fiscal Period Data in csv file.
