Symptom
Sales quotes were updated but did not go to "Lost" as expected.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales > Sales Quotes.
- Open the affected Quote.
- Click on actions > Set to Lost.
- Can't set it as Lost.
Resolution
On Sales Quotes, make the field "reason for rejection" editable from Adaptation and change the Quote as desired. Removing the reason for rejection should put the Sales Quote on Open Status again.
This can be done from the UI manually for individual quotes. But if it is required for several Quotes, then use Data Workbench by following the steps bellow:
- Set the 'reason for rejection' as blank and the Quote will go to 'Open' status.
- Resolve the errors if there are any for the Quotes, then submit the quote.
- Set it to 'won' or 'lost'.
