When "Use email as external applicant user ID" option is disabled in Provisioning, candidate can use username to create account instead of email address.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In Provisioning > Company Settings page, disable "Use email as external applicant user ID" option
2. Go to external career site, create an account
3. Candidate can create account via username instead of email address
4. Now we need to send a email notification to candidate with the username

It's a current system limitation.

Adding a username to the recruiting email notification template is not supported.

None of the standard tokens capture this field value.
