3521666 - Task running in Data Monitor Fiori app keeps loading

Symptom

  • When running the Data Monitor app and performing Currency Translation task, the app does not open the Task log.
  • Instead, the screen continues to load with the message "collector wait up to Xxxxs for free WP, sap app" and keeps loading.
  • The situation is not only applicable at CT task, but also applies to other tasks.
