3521688 - ADS: European combining character overlap in PDF preview.

Symptom

When creating the PDF file by Adobe Document Service or SAP Forms service by Adobe, the European combining characters overlap.

For example, the character À(U+00C0), which is combined by Latin capital character A(U+0041) and Grave Accent character ◌̀ (U+0300), shows overlap in the PDF preview.
