3521745 - Cannot import the certificate into the Certificate List of PSE in STRUST/STRUSTSSO2

Symptom

The certificate(format .cer or .crt)cannot be imported into the Certificate List for PSE in STRSUT by following the steps in the note:

3238733 - How to Import a Certificate Into a STRUST PSE's Certificate List In a NetWeaver AS ABAP

Once client the Save button, it is showing message :"Data Not Changed".
