3521837 - Career Worksheet is displaying N/A for current ratings

The Career Worksheet is showing N/A for current ratings of competencies. The Career Worksheet had been linked to a specific PM Template, which has Job Specific Competencies as one of the sections, and rating scale is configured correctly on Career Worksheet xml. The impacted user's form is currently at a completed stage, with official ratings of competencies.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Log in to the system with the impacted user's credentials.
2. Navigate to the Career Worksheet.
3. Observe that the Career Worksheet is showing N/A for current ratings of competencies.

This issue is only happening for Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth portfolio enabled instance.

The Growth Portfolio is the only source of skill and competency ratings for Career worksheet, latest ratings from PM forms will be synced to growth portfolio and then show in the career worksheet.

Competency ratings on growth portfolio is showing as unrated. The rating history is set up as "None" under Manage Talent Intelligence Hub> Proficiency Settings >Rating History.

Change the rating history to "Proficiency" for the PM form template under the Manage Talent Intelligence Hub> Proficiency Settings> Rating History, then relaunch the form and complete the form again.

Once Growth portfolio can get the competency ratings, then the ratings will be showed on career worksheet.
