3521972 - S4CRM: Unable to create a Clarification Case from Interaction record, error message "Enter a valid business object category" occurs

Symptom

  • When trying to create a Clarification Case on the Interaction record screen, it throws a technical error to provide a valid object category.
  • Although the object is already provided before saving. 
  • The Clarification Cases are not getting created from CM WEB IC, even though the configuration is correctly maintained.
  • Error while creating Clarification Cases.
