3521972 - The Clarification Cases are not getting created from CM WEB IC, even though the configuration is correctly maintained

Symptom

After confirming a Business-Partner in the WEB IC Screen of Customer Management, when one tries to create a Clarification Case on the Interaction record screen, it throws a technical error to provide a valid object category. Although the object is already provided before saving.
