Symptom
- When trying to create a Clarification Case on the Interaction record screen, it throws a technical error to provide a valid object category.
- Although the object is already provided before saving.
- The Clarification Cases are not getting created from CM WEB IC, even though the configuration is correctly maintained.
- Error while creating Clarification Cases.
