You have set up the background Job "Due Deliveries Runs", but the jobs are executed without the Orders being Released as the Run is running permanently into Errors.

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics Control work center. 
2. Go to the Automated Actions view and select Release Due Deliveries Runs. 
3. Find and select the relevant Run ID.
4. You can see it Finishing with error.
5. Open any Application Log ID.
6. Go to the General tab. 
7. You can see the number of Order items selected out of which zero Order item is released, because "Error occurred; click Results for more information".
8. Go to the Results tab. 
9. You can see multiple instances of "Technical error APLC_LER 030; report an incident".

You have scheduled the RELEASE_DUE_DELIVERIES_RUN for every 15 min which is not advised.

This also causes knock on errors for some orders, where failing messages can occur between Outbound Delivery Request and Logistics Execution Requisition if MDRO is running with this error.

Please ensure to adjust the schedule interval of the Background Job, or you will continue to encounter this error both in the Job itself and the associated document flows. We recommend that you modify the Run scheduling to reoccur every 4 hours to avoid this issue.

We also recommend to align the recurrence of the Run with that of the Confirmation Update Run as well to avoid overlapping. A 4 hours interval is also recommended for the Confirmation Update Run.
