1. To Access Bizx Reports:

Please note that it is enabled only for WFA Customers.

1. Login to the provisioning -> "Company Settings"
2. Confirm if "Customer has Workforce Analytics License" is enabled (it shall only be enabled if you have WFA license)
   
   
   
   
3. Once this is confirmed, in order to have "Bizx Reports" Under "Classic Reporting", Permission should be granted.
   Granting permission: Navigate to "Manage Permission Roles"-> Make sure that "Spreadsheet Report Privilege" is granted under "Reports Permission"
   
   
   
   NOTE: The Bizx Reports is based on the same framework as Spreadsheet reports and the permission "Spreadsheet Report Privilege" is used to enable "Bizx Reports" as well. If in case you do not have WFA and Spreadsheet is deprecated in your instance, this permission would not available under "Reports Permission"
   
   
4. Post Step 2 & 3 ->the "Bizx Reports" would be available under "Classic Reporting" tab.
   

2. As per the Spreadsheet and Bizx Automation reports sunset plan, below are the scenarios explained for impact on existing and creation of new jobs in provisioning.

SCENARIO 1: Existing Jobs execution from Provisioning

• When Spreadsheet and Bizx Reports are disabled in the instance, Spreadsheet Report Export and Bizx Report Export job execution will be skipped and no email notification will be sent to the user. 
• Please note that under "Monitor Jobs" the job status would be displayed as "Completed" , however, the "Detail" section would show the skip reason.

SCENARIO 2: Creating new Job from provisioning

• You cannot create New jobs ("Manage Scheduled Jobs"-> "Create New Job") for "Spreadsheet and Bizx Report export" once it is disabled in your instance, it would lead to below error messages shown.
