3522206 - Error: Work Site "ABCDE" is not associated with Location "VWXYZ". Check the Work Site data object configuration and enter a valid Location  - Onboarding

When a candidate is initiated the BPE following error appear in To-do tile:

"jobInfo: Work Site “ABCDE” is not associated with Location “VWXYZ”. Check the Work Site data object configuration and enter a valid Location."

The issue is caused because of the missing association between Work Site and Location

To resolve the issue, it's necessary either to pass both parent and child values or not pass both from RCM. 

If data is not being passed from RCM, the data will be copied from the previous record. 

If the child's value is not present in the old record, it's not a problem, but if it's present and it does not match the relationship, then there will be an error. This is the behavior with the Service Layer implemented in release 2405.
