3522218 - Warning "You are not Authorized to Change the Project or Project Element" since 2408.1

Since 2408.1, warning appears when releasing project items in the solution order: "You are not authorized to change the project or project element".

This issue has been addressed by the PPM-SCL-STR (Project Structure) team and the fix is planned to be delivered in 2408.2. Here is the workaround before the fix is delivered: One can link an existing customer project to a single project item in a solution order, or unlink it from the project item. After the linking relationship is established, releasing the project item will not create a new project as a follow-up document. Instead, it only updates the linked project. Once a project item is created, one can link a project by filtering the item list with "Project Items" and providing the existing project in the column "Linked Project ID", or by navigating to the project item and providing the existing project ID in the field "Linked Project ID".
