3522228 - Error while subscribing to SAP Build Work Zone, Advanced Edition

Symptom

  • While trying to subscribe SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition in SAP BTP Cockpit, the following error is shown:
    "Subscription Failed. Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: EP-WZ-SRB."

  • There is already a subscription to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone service in the same subaccount;
