Symptom
The CICO employee has started or returned from Leave of Absence. Due to the current situation as described in KBA 3348411, it is needed to trigger the synchronization of such employees manually, either via full sync or from check tool.
Currently it is noticed that such an employee starting or returning from LOA still shows as out of sync, even after quick fix is executed from Check Tool for Employee Synchronization.
But actually the employee can properly clock time if s/he has returned from Leave of Absence, after the quick fix.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking - Clock In Clock Out
Cause
This is a known situation to be fixed.
Resolution
This is a known situation and we are working as much as we can to patch this before 2H 2024 Production release, and hopefully it will be patched on Oct 24 for Production instances.
For Preview instances, the fix is deployed already with 2H 2024 release back on Oct 15.
By the way, it is just a wrong display of the employee in check tool Employee Synchronization. The employee can properly clock time if s/he has returned from LOA after the quick fix.
Or you can execute the full sync and then the employee would disappear from check tool.
