Symptom

HANA Cloud instance using UTC time zone by default on all regions.

You would like to leverage UTCTOLOCAL Function (Datetime) to convert the UTC timestamp into a specified time zone. 

For example, convert from UTC to PST, but hit below error message:

(dberror) [1843]: timezone not found: timezone not found: timezone not found
