This is system expected behavior.

Some KPI tiles cannot be retrieved when a user tries to search Smart Business KPI tiles on Fiori Launchpad. The result is, these applications cannot be found in the Fiori Launchpad via search bar.

App 'Manage Maintenance Plans' is one of KPI titles.

The app 'Manage Maintenance Plans' can be added by following below steps:

1. In Home page, click User profile -> App Finder.

2. At top-right search field, search for 'Manage Maintenance Plans'.

3. See the app appears in search result, click the '+' button to add this app to required space, for example, ‘My Home’ page.

4. Back to Home page, see the app shows up in 'My Home' -> Apps section.
