The system is not generating output (S/4HANA Output Management) when creating or changing an outline agreement using BAPI (BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE, BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE, BAPI_SAG_CREATE, BAPI_SAG_CHANGE) or IDoc (PURCONTRACT_CREATE, PURCONTRACT_CHANGE, PURSAG_CREATE, PURSAG_CHANGE).
