3522546 - PO is throwing the error: "SLD Registration Job: No access to SLD. Waiting for next retry. Error: SldProxy.pingCimClient() did not succeed"

After installing a new AEX system and running the initial setup configuration wizard, you may encounter the following issues:

• Cache connectivity test failure with the error: 'Couldn't parse Configuration Data cache update XML string from Directory.'
• PI AEX SLD Self Registration Wizard failing with the error: 'Cannot reach the pipeline URL: http://host:port/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet with user PISUPER. Ensure the host and port of the pipeline URL are correct.'
• The SLD registration page shows a red status and fails to register the Adapter Engine component.
• In the default traces you can find the bellow error logs:
