3522632 - Mandatory partner role at item level not triggering incompletion log

Symptom

  • The activation of a mandatory partner role at item level does not trigger incompleteness.
  • PM flag (V_TPAER_VK-PAPFL) is set on a partner type in 'Partner Functions in Procedure' in VOPAN transaction for Sales document item, but the Sales document is still not incomplete.
  • Incompletion log doesn't show mandatory item level partner function when user is not maintaining the partner in the order.
